Live Session on Beneficial Owner Information (BOI)

What’s up Business Besties. Have you heard about the Beneficial Owner Information (BOI) filing requirement?

BOI filing is a new federal requirement for certain U.S. businesses to report beneficial owners which are the individuals who directly or indirectly own or control your company.

For our live session this month, we will have guest join us to go over BOI. Our guest is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Darden and has over 25 years of experience in finance.

This is an information session to give you a better understanding of what the BOI is, due dates, which businesses need to file, deadlines and more. This session is great for new and more established businesses and non-profits.

You can file your own BOI hence we wanted to ensure you have details and can ask any questions and know when you need to do it by.

As always - you will be able to ask your questions as well. If you want to submit questions in advance of the session please send them to me.
